The West Virginia Department of Education, Purchasing Section is soliciting proposals to provide products and services, including administration, scoring, and reporting for a high school college- and career-readiness assessment, per the attached bid requirements, Terms & Conditions and specifications. WV High School Assessment Purpose: The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE), Office oflnternal Operations (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Section") is issuing this solicitation as a request for proposal ("RFP"), as authorized by W. Va. Code SA-3-1 Ob, for the WVDE Assessment Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") to provide products and services, including administration, scoring, and reporting for a high school college- and career-readiness assessment. The Agency is looking for a strategic partner with strong expertise and a proven, results-oriented background in high school college- and career-readiness assessment products and services. The intent is to secure proposals to establish an open-end statewide contract for five years with five annual renewals. Contract will be effective July 1, 2023, with the first administration of the high-school college- and career-readiness assessment occurring in spring 2024.
