The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $6,500,000.00. DCC understand that the Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than October 31, 2023 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. If the Tender is accepted, owner agrees to start work immediately upon notification of contract award and to work vigorously and continuously to complete the Work within this prescribed time.
