Renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The goal of this project is to update outdated hardware and upgrade software needed to support the Justice Centers existing security operation system. Additionally, this project provides the ability to replace the current Inmate Information System with SallyPort; an intra-state linked jail management system, approved by the NYS Commission of Correction, which seamlessly interfaces with the Security Operation System. This project is included in the county's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program. As of December 7, 2022, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
