Facsimiles or copies of the bid bond will not be accepted and your bid will be disqualified if submitted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance. Any rejections of bids shall be made only if there is a sound documented reason for same. As part of the consideration for this bid, the undersigned does hereby agree to have withheld from any payment due them, any amounts owed for taxes, fees or other charges due the City of Saginaw.
