All quotations should be submitted on the bid form. Bidders are requested to fill out the bid using black or blue ink or typed. Project Description Contractor to provide all manpower and equipment necessary for the complete installation of a new audio-visual control system & furniture package at the City of Enterprises Civic Center. Equipment installation includes delivery, assembly, labeling, programming, testing and training. Furniture package shall include seven credenza (latching together) desks and one podium that shall be delivered, installed, tested, and training provided. Colors to be selected by the City. Bids must be submitted on the form furnished with the Bid Documents. All bidders must show evidence of license before bidding or THE BID WILL NOT BE RECEIVED OR CONSIDERED. The bidders shall show evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The bid number of 2022-05 and the bid opening date must appear on the outside of the envelope. The City of Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to make an award in the best interest of the City of Enterprise. No oral, telephonic, telegraph proposals, modifications or alternate bids will be considered. Standard Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds apply. All proposals will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the published bid date.
