Each bid shall be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or certified check made payable to the City of North Ridgeville, drawn on a solvent bank, in the amount of $200.00 as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performed. Cashier's check or certified check accompanying rejected bids will be returned upon the award of the contract. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences in providing similar services and of similar complexity. The City of North Ridgeville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any variations in the specifications, and to accept the lowest and best bid determined.
