A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services to remediate the leaks through the exterior walls of the Medical and Research Translation building (MART). The MART is a 210,522 GSF, 10 story building with a metal panel exterior wall system, which was substantially complete in 2018. The building is primarily made up of medical clinical sciences/graduate medical studies, and hospital direct patient care and their ancillary support space. This project will require the consultant to investigate and determine the cause of the leaks through the building envelope and provide a design that results in a weathertight building.
