The goal of this project is to address the Buffalo Niagara International Airport's General Aviation apron surface course wear. The surface course pavement is reaching the end of its useful life. The services to be provided hereunder include the engineering design and related services required to develop comprehensive design documents for the rehabilitation of the General Aviation apron at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The Consultant shall apply principles of design phasing considerations for the project as they are developed through the Design Rationale Report stage of the design.
