The septage hauler shall be a licensed septage hauler by the State of Illinois. The removed waste shall be handled in a sanitary manner by means of a leak-proof and tightly sealed truck constructed for septage hauling. All ports on the truck shall be valved and capped. The contractor shall leave the containment areas clean. Any waste material that is spilled or dumped onto the existing facility or site shall be removed and the facility shall be cleaned to the satisfaction of the District. The Contractor shall not clean their equipment on District property. The contractor shall dispose of all debris material legally off site and as required by governing entities. The contractor shall inform the District of the means of disposal and shall provide copies of permits, manifests and approvals for disposal.
