The service contract is for 3 years + 2 renewal options This notice has an option to renew for additional years ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS IUCPQ-UL does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any of the tenders. COMPLIANCE The goods proposed in the tender must comply with the description or the technical requirements in the estimate. If the tenderer is unable to comply with one or other of the technical requirements, it would be mandatory for the tenderer to contact the file manager in order to verify whether an alternative is possible by issuing an an addendum.
