Kennesaw State University is seeking bids from qualified suppliers for door hardware, installation services and delivery of door hardware for KSU's Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses. The solicitation is for ordering door hardware on an as needed basis by manufacturers such as Adams Rite, Altronix, Arrow, Assa Abloy, Bosch, Camden Controls, Coremax, DonJo, General Lock, hes, Inerlogix, Honeywell, Keedex, Medeco, Record USA, Securitron, Smartwire and Von Duprin. Please refer to Attachment E Cost Worksheet for Door Hardware for additional information. Bidder shall also provide percentage discount off of manufacturer's list price (if applicable) on Attachment M Percentage Discount Off Manufacturer's List Price Worksheet. Percentage discounts will not be used for evaluation purposes. Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Door Hardware, Installation and Maintenance Services to the Kennesaw State University(hereinafter, the KSU or State Entity)
