Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by University of Utah U Facilities and Reaveley Engineers & Associates Inc., hereinafter referred to as "A/E" as defined in the General Conditions. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.
