Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 03 – Specification and Drawings and Scope of work. Remove Trench Grate & Manhole + Sidewalk Repairs + Curb & Gutter Upgrades + Minor Storm Upgrades The project will address the limited functioning trench drains, the manhole at the entrance, the stormwater drainage towards the building, and the low area where the existing the sidewalk parallels the building and the existing subsurface materials (engineered fill).
