In general, work consists of the following approximate quantities: 3,910 CY Excavation - Pond and Channel (LV) 1,130 CY Excavation - Pond and Channel (LV) (Special 1) 1,570 TON Excavation - Pond and Channel (LV) (Special 2) 60 EA Clearing and Grubbing 6 EA Remove Miscellaneous Structures 1 EA Const Drainage Structure Design Spec 1 6 EA 15-48" RC Pipe Apron 50 LF 15-48" RC Pipe Sewer 185 CY Random Riprap Class III (Fieldstone) Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the OWNER. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. It is anticipated that the bids will be considered by the Chanhassen City Council at their meeting on December 12, 2022.
