General Contractors must have general license classification for Building Contractor of Unclassified. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACCEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. Please note on the envelope - Bid : Attn: Steven Bailey Holly Shelter Shooting Range - Shotgun Range and Other Improvements Bid Date January 10, 2023 (Contractor) (License Number) Proposals will be accepted by the following means: Hand delivery Parcel Post or Overnight Delivery Electronic Mail (with a hardcopy paper backup delivered with 5 days after bid opening) It is the bidders responsibility to confirm receipt of faxed or emailed bids. The contract duration is changed from one hundred fifty (150) consecutive calendar days to two hundred ten (210) consecutive calendar days.
