Renovation of a museum in Henderson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Remove existing slate shingles and underlayment to decking where indicated on Drawings.Remove individual damaged slate on other roof areas as indicated on Drawings.Remove existing snow guards. Remove existing roof flashing. Remove damaged existing plywood roof sheathing if discovered.Remove damaged existing wood fascia board and trim if discovered.Remove damaged existing wood siding where indicated on Drawings.Install new modified bitumen underlayment, including ice and water shield.Install new slate shingle roofing.Install new slate shingles where individual shingles were removed from other roof areas.Repair laps in existing lead coated copper gutters.All questions must be emailed to Jean-Paul Grivas, Patrick D.
