Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Unless otherwise stipulated, the contractor shall provide and pay for all bonds, insurance, materials, labor, tools, equipment, light, power, water, transportation, and other facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the work. If the contractor, in the course of the work, finds any discrepancy between the drawings and the physical conditions of the locality, or any error or omissions in the drawings or in the layout as given by points and instructions, it shall be the contractors duty to immediately inform the City Engineer in writing; and the City Engineer shall promptly verify the same. Any work done after such discovery, until authorized, will be done at the contractors risk. All questions are to be submitted through the eProcurement Platform. The Letter of interest should not exceed five (5) pages total. A page is defined as 8-1/2 by 11 inches and printed on one (1) side. Qualified Firms (hereafter noted as Firm) are invited to submit sealed qualifications to provide South Kirkwood Road Resurfacing Project STP-5502(615) for the City of Kirkwood Engineering Department in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
