Site work and paving for a road / highway in Atkinson, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work shall consist of filling the major random, transverse and longitudinal cracks greater than 1/8 inch wide on various roadways in Atkinson. Cracks of this nature shall be routed, cleaned and prepped according to this specification. Not all cracks shall be routed. Pavement cracks to be sealed or routed and filled shall be as directed by the Public Works Department. All work shall be in accordance to this specification and applicable sections of Item 413 in NHDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, August, 2010 except as herein modified. The Town of Atkinson is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for pricing information and availability for roadway crack sealing services for bituminous concrete pavement to include prepping cracks, and cleanup. Based on a per day cost with an estimated need for 3 days in 2023 and 3 days in 2024.
