The work covers High Pressure Hydraulic cleaning, flushing, and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections of the leachate collection systems at nine (9) landfill sites located in the Niagara Region. The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) requires at a minimum once per year for the respective landfill site requiring cleaning and flushing and CCTV inspection of the leachate collection system.
