SCOPE OF WORK: 1. THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING ADDITION. THE FOLLOWING IS THE BASIC SCOPE OF WORK: 2. DEMOLISH EXISTING REAR PORCH, PORCH FOUNDATION AND SELECTED CONCRETE SIDEWALKS. 3. CLEAR AREA AND EXCAVATE AS NEEDED. 4. CONSTRUCT WOOD FRAMED BUILDING MEETING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONAL FACILITY. 5. CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CONCRETE SIDEWALKS, REPAINTING AND SIGNAGE OF EXISTING ADA PARKING SLAB. Prospective Bidders have until Question Deadline of December 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM to submit written questions or protests regarding this Addendum. This addendum constitutes a MATERIAL CHANGE to the solicitation. Its receipt by the Bidder is to be acknowledged per Section H of the ITB.
