The Board of Commissioners of Lower Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania invites sealed bids for the Supply and Installation of (3) Three Backstops and Sideline Fencing Materials located at Lower Moreland Park, 3660 Warfield Drive, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall include a bid bond, bank money order, or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Lower Moreland Township; an agreement of surety certifying that the required performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be provided by the Bidder to the Township upon the awarding of the bid; and proof of insurance. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount. The bid will be awarded by the Township Board of Commissioners at a subsequent public meeting. The Township of Lower Moreland reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
