Issaquah seeks qualified consultants to provide expertise related to transportation impact analysis reviews. Work includes providing expert review of transportation studies prepared to support various land use and construction permits. Work may also include reviewing construction permits to ensure that the proposed engineering design meets recommended transportation considerations, adopted development and industry standards and site specific considerations. It is the firm's responsibility to develop and provide qualifications for the work as described. The firm will need to extrapolate from this scope additional tasks and actions needed to reach the desired services. The following scope includes, but are not limited to: 1. Review traffic studies and associated plans submitted in support of development proposals in Issaquah. 2. Review transportation mitigation plans. 3. Review transportation and traffic engineering related designs. 4. Review traffic control plans, if necessary. 5. Provide recommendations regarding conditions of approval and special considerations required during construction. 6. Attend public hearings or other meetings. 7. Provide construction support as needed (typically only with respect to construction traffic management). 8. Advise Issaquah in the capacity as a transportation and traffic engineering expert. 9.
