Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The project consists of the following: Remove existing asphalt-fiberglass shingles and flashing to existing plywood sheathing and install new asphalt-fiberglass shingles on two (2) layers of underlayment for a roof area of approximately 11,000 SF. Remove and replace approximately 2,500 SF of SBS Roofing, removal and replace-ment of 1,000 SF of 5/8" CD "X" Plywood sheathing shall be included in the Base Bid. Roof replacement shall include all flashing and ice and water barrier, pipe vent extensions, removal and replacement of roof leaders and gutters, roof ventilation, removal and reinstallation of HVAC systems and all associated work to reconnect the HVAC system. All work indicated above shall be completed in its entirety as shown on the contract drawings and as specified herein. Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. BID SECURITY: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
