Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sahuarita, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Town of Sahuarita, will be receiving sealed bids for the construction of the Public Works Building & Garage. All inquiries for information regarding this solicitation should be directed to: Thomas Garcia, Grants & Contracts Officer, tgarcia@sahuaritaaz.gov . There will be no prebid conference. Interested Bidders may download the Bid Documents through the Town of Sahuarita Website . Bidders should follow the BUSINESS then BIDS link on the Town s Home Page. Registered Vendors will be automatically notified through contact information provided during vendor registration, of any updates, revisions, of addendums to the Bid Documents. Bidders shall arrange for printing and/or plotting of the Bid Documents as necessary, at their own cost.
