REMOVAL Successful Bidder will be responsible for: Pre-mark area using Dig-Tess prior to excavation Removal of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of concrete to gain access to two - 10,000-gallon UST Provide proper removal, flushing, cleaning, and disposal of the two existing 10,000-gallon underground storage tanks, product, vent lines, and dispensers Dispose of all liquids being no more than 600 gallons Take all samples per RG-411 and RDR per TCEQ requirements All required permits TCEQ 30-day notification Backfill up to 180 cu yd. of select fill, backfill designated lifts - once all sampling has been completed Replace concrete removed to gain access of UST's Provide closeout reports upon completion REPLACEMENT Successful Bidder will be responsible for: Furnish and install two 10,000-gallon 2085 Fireguard AST's Install 18" wide by 9' long by 36" concrete grade beams for AST saddles to set in place. 6" concrete to replace the area of paving removed to gain access of UST's 6" steel bollards for vehicle protection, painted safety yellow Provide a crane to set in place Furnish and install 2-2" remote fill boxes complete with piping, swing check valve, ball valve, Kamlock adapter, and vapor adapter on unleaded Furnish and install 2- Red jacket 3/4hp STP assemblies one in each tank complete with pressure relief, solenoid valve, and ball valves Furnish and install one transition sump with a steel manhole and two dispenser sumps Furnish and install OPW access piping with DW flex piping, complete with penetration boots, and connection fittings. Air test on primary pipe Furnish and install emergency valves in dispenser sumps Furnish and install two single product dual hose electronic dispensers complete with hanging hardware at existing fuel island dispenser locations (No exceptions) Install new electrical to AST's including but not limited to rigid conduit, explosion proof seal off, capped ells, unions, and GRSS junction boxes Install new wiring for OPW Tank Monitor and two new probes kits Install new OPW PV200 Fuel Management System at existing fuel island (No exceptions) Repair disturbed concrete on the island TCEQ notification Required permits Start-up of all equipment Shortlist Confirmed.
