The Town of Huntersville is requesting bids from custodial service companies to provide cleaning services for the Huntersville Recreation Center located at 11836 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. Bids may be mailed, emailed, or delivered by personal delivery provided the bid is compliant with the terms of this Request for Informal Bids, however the responsibility is on the bidder to make sure any bids submitted are actually received by Pat Bowles by the deadline. Bids received after the deadline will be ineligible for consideration. The Huntersville Recreation Center is a 24,000 square foot public facility. Our contractor will be responsible for cleaning approximately 8,000 square feet of the facility. E-verify certification: The successful bidder shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes, and shall require compliance by each subcontractor performing any part of the work. The successful bidder shall certify, and shall require all subcontractors performing any part of the work to certify, that they are not on the Iran Final Divestment List created by the NC State Treasurer pursuant to North Carolina General Statues 147-86.58.
