This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation Notice. Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Bear River Administrative Site Well Construction project. The purpose of this contract is to drill a new potable water well at the Bear River Administrative Site. The work for this contract includes all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to complete the project. The solicitation and all attachments are being posted. Project Location: Bear River Administrative Site on the Evanston Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Summit County, Utah. The project is located approximately 32 miles by road south of Evanston, Wyoming. The project can be accessed from Interstate 80 and Highway 150. GPS: 40.884215, -110.831032 Approximate elevation: 8500' In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
