The expenditures forecast for this work are in the order of $250,000.00 for a period of two (2) years with the possibility of extending for three (3) additional periods of one year. (Possible value of $625,000.00). This procurement is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT The successful contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) clearance issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details of the security requirements for this project are identified in the tender documents. Please note that the preliminary results of this call for tenders will be available on MERX. Requests for clarification and questions should be directed EXCLUSIVELY to the DCC Contracting Authority identified in this announcement. Bidders who direct their requests for clarification to anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, have their bid rejected.
