Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of February 14, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase and it has been postponed. A developer has not been selected. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lease, develop, finance, design, construct and operate three (3) properties owned by the Authority on D and E Streets in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The first property is approximately 2.4 acres with an address that includes 351 D Street. The second property is approximately 1.7 acres with an address that includes 371 D Street. The third property is approximately 1.9 acres with an address that includes 410 through 520 E Street. The ground lease shall be for a term of ninety-nine (99) years. Any proposal submitted in response to the Amended and Restated Request for Proposals (“RFP”) must be for all three (3) properties owned by the Authority on D and E Streets.
