The first property is approximately 2.4 acres with an address that includes 351 D Street. The second property is approximately 1.7 acres with an address that includes 371 D Street. The third property is approximately 1.9 acres with an address that includes 410 through 520 E Street. The ground lease shall be for a term of ninety-nine (99) years.
