The first property is approximately 2.4 acres with an address that includes 351 D Street. The second property is approximately 1.7 acres with an address that includes 371 D Street. The third property is approximately 1.9 acres with an address that includes 410 through 520 E Street. The ground lease shall be for a term of ninety-nine (99) years. Any proposal submitted in response to the Amended and Restated Request for Proposals (“RFP”) must be for all three (3) properties owned by the Authority on D and E Streets. All licenses, permits and franchises of the Massachusetts Parking Authority are hereby transferred to the authority. Provide a list of relevant business permits/licenses including expiration dates.
