The City of Ozark is soliciting sealed Request for Qualifications from qualified professionals or Firms capable of providing professional Corridor Planning Services. The City of Ozark reserves the right to award or reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informality in the qualification process Firms may request consideration by hand delivering or mailing a sealed submittal visibly marked Sealed RFQ Corridor Study Planning Services that includes one (1) original, four (4) copies and one (1) electronic version on a USB drive of a letter of interest and statement of qualifications addressed to: Cameron R. Smith, PLA Planning and Development City of Ozark P.O. Box 295 205 N. 1st Street Ozark, MO 65721. The term of this Contract is one (1) year. This paragraph applies to Missouri public works construction projects valued at more than $75,000.00. For qualifying projects, all labor utilized in the construction of the aforementioned improvements shall be paid a wage of no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in this locality, as established and amended at any time by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. At any time the Contractor is found to not have paid prevailing wages, the Contractor shall forfeit has a penalty to the city one hundred dollars for each underpaid worker employed, for each calendar day, or portion thereof such work is paid less than the said stipulated rates for any work done under this contract.
