This project consists of improving existing sidewalk conditions by removing and replacing, or where possible, repairing sidewalk flags at various locations within a portion of the Northwest Quadrant of the City of Rochester, referred to as the Target Quadrant, and other areas outside of the Target Areas as ordered by the Project Manager.
