Renovation of an educational facility in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to provide a new food serving line at Gray Middle School, 100400 HWY 42, Union, KY 41091 NOTE: Successful bidder is referred to as the "KEC". The KEC is also known as the Kitchen Equipment Contractor and is industry accepted terminology. EXISTING EQUIPMENT: KEC is responsible for the removal, disposal, and/or repurpose of the existing equipment. KEC relocate existing equipment into proper location(s) to allow for service. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION: KEC is responsible for receipt of new equipment, setting in place, making final connections for both electrical and plumbing. CLEANING: Once a final punch list is completed, KEC is responsible to clean entire space and equipment. Removing dust, dirt, and residue associated with installation of new equipment and relocation of existing equipment
