Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids shall be properly and completely executed on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with non-collusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana. Bidders will be required to file with their bids a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of their maximum bid or bids submitted. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond in accordance with Article 7, Instruction to Bidders. Such bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. Construction documents may be obtained from of Engineering Resources, Inc., 4175 New Vision Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46845. No Deposit is required. Huntington County Community Schools reserves the right to assignment of any or all work to a school holding corporation formed under Indiana law. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive informalities in bids.
