Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $73,300 for C, $15,600 for H, $9,400 for P, and $23,600 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 for C, between $100,000 and $250,000 for H, between $100,000 and $250,000 for P, and between $250,000 and $500,000 for E. The substantial completion date for this project is 427 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
