Bidder is aware of the general nature of work to be performed by Owner and others at the Site that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding Documents.Bond Percentage 5.00% I understand that a false statement on this certification may be grounds for rejection of this proposal or the termination of the award. In addition, under 18 U.S.C.1001, a false statement may result in a fine up to $10,000 or imprisonment for up to five years, or both.
