Ring Road Widening from Ross Avenue to Dewdney Avenue. Construction of a third lane on both directions of Ring Road Ross Avenue to Dewdney Avenue; On ramp and off ramp improvement at both the Dewdney Avenue and Ross Avenue locations; Relocation of guard rails under railway overpass; Relocation of utilities, includes but not limited to a storm sewer main and catch basins; Relocation of traffic signs, streetlights, easements as needed; Drainage improvements as needed; Landscape work and any other work as necessary; and Noise assessment by adding a third lane. TIMELINE: Construction has been deferred to 2026. Further update may be available late 2025/2026.
