Deadline for submission of questions: Reference Paragraph 11 Contact Information December 1, 2022 TxDOT Response to Questions to be posted by: December 5, 2022 Tentative Date for Contract Award: February 1, 2022 This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair including quarterly inspections and seasonal, preventative maintenance for TxDOT Yoakum District. The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires January 31, 2024, after issuance with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term. 1st Renewal Option February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025 2nd Renewal Option February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 3rd Renewal Option February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027 NOTE: The dates are estimated based on the anticipated award.
