Work under this contract consists as per drawings and specifications prepared by TMP and their sub consultants, general scope of work are as follows: .1 Remove existing glycol heating system including heat exchanger, piping, tanks and coils. .2 Provide new steam to hot water heat exchanger including all associated components. .3 Relocate existing heating pumps and provide new VFDs. .4 Provide new hot water to glycol heat exchanger including all associated components including pumps, tanks, etc. .5 Replace fin tube elements in existing radiation cabinets. .6 Provide new force flow and cabinet heaters. .7 Provide new glycol heating coils. .8 Replace pneumatic controls with DDC. .9 Replace domestic hot water tanks and associated components. .10 Provide power for mechanical equipment. .11 Provide new lighting in mechanical room. .12 Remove and repair existing ceilings, walls and other finished surfaces for the new work.
