Renovation of a residential development in Allenspark, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
All inquiries regarding this SOQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. November 30, 2022. Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 908 residential units at 61 properties and is planning capital improvement projects at several of the properties. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform mechanical contracting work as these projects are identified. Mechanical Contracting vendors selected will work with BCHA and our subcontractors for varying projects on HVAC Systems, including forced air, geothermal, central boilers, some electrical and refrigeration. Locations are spread throughout Lyons, Longmont, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Lafayette, Louisville, and Nederland. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
