For furnish an air-cooled chiller and specified ancillaries for installation at the Town of Carrboro Century Center, 100 N. Greensboro Street, Carrboro, NC 27510 This solicitation is for the furnishing of equipment. Concurrently, TOC will bid the Installation Contract, which will include the installation of the Chiller, pumps, piping, controls and other ancillary equipment, electrical, etc. to provide a complete and functional installation. The Installation Contractor shall coordinate the delivery, factory technician startup, and Owner training with the Furnishing Contractor. The Owner will designate the Installation Contractor to coordinate any warranty issues directly with the Furnishing Contractor on the Owners behalf. The Town of Carrboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
