Reference number : 1665260 Review Title : Repair of the floor of the central workshop - Center Lebourgneuf Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-05 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The PRINCIPAL (Réseau de transport de la Capitale) wishes to award a contract to obtain the services of a general contractor to carry out repair and leveling work on the floor of the central workshop of the Center Lebourgneuf (720 rue des Rocailles, Quebec). The project also includes the demolition and reconstruction of a block wall with major cracks. The Lebourgneuf Center was built in 1978 and then expanded in 1985. The area covered by the work of this call for tenders was built in the first phase of the building. The plans and specifications, attached in the appendix, present the details for carrying out the project. It is the responsibility of the TENDERER to familiarize themselves with the premises and to provide all the materials, tools, equipment and labor in order to deliver complete, functional and quality installations in accordance with the rules of the art. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Award is subject to final approval.
