Separate SEALED BIDS for the Demolition and removal of all buildings, structures, appurtenances, including but not limited to the former Houston School, underground shelter, appurtenances and facilities, but not including the Big Toy, located at 304 Vinnedge and the Patriot Square Addition to the City of Blackwell, Kay County, State of Oklahoma ("Project Site") and deposit in an approved disposal facility. All asbestos and lead were removed by licensed contractor of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and documentation of such fact can be provided upon request. Contractor shall ensure that there are no other issues with the building, appurtenances and structures located on the real property and that everything present can be removed from the site without other environmental issue. The Project Site shall be left in a condition that buildings and/or parking lots could be constructed on the site. The successful bidder may retain all brick, coper and other materials from the project site and should deduct such values from the lump sum price provided. Completely fill out the contract and fill in the contractor's name, bid amount and execute by authorized representative and place in sealed envelope marked "demolition bid/Houston School" and deliver or mail to City Clerk at the above address before the end of time for the receipt of bids. The Authority will contract with the lowest responsible bidder or may reject all bids or take other action in its best interest. Include a fully executed business relationship's affidavit and a non-collusion affidavit with the bid.
