Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Staunton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Work of the Project includes construction of Phase 5 base grades and bottom liner system, and Phase 1-3 closure and GCCS system. The work includes the items listed in the following sections as identified on the Bid Form. The work is described by the Specifications and Project Drawings. The Owner requires the Phase 5 construction portion of the Project to be completed in 180 calendar days and the remainder of the Project to be completed in 365 calendar days from date of notice to proceed. Bidders should submit questions to the Engineer at the pre-bid meeting or via e-mail to AWorth@scsengineers.com prior to December 6th, 2022. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form 00 41 13. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission subject to Section 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids
