A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order Clearfield Borough, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety in an Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid, Shall Submitted With Each Bid. All Bidding Contractors Must With the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verific-ation Act 127 of 2012. Davis-bacon Wages and Related Acts Apply to This Project. Bidders Shall Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights of 1964, P.l. 88-352 (42 U.s.c. 2000d Et.seq.). Bidders Shall Also Comply With the Pennsylvania Prohibition of Il-legal Alien Labor on Assisted Projects Act of May 11, 2006, P.l. 173 No. 43. P Bids May Be Held by the Owner for Up to 90 Days From the Date of Opening for the Purpose of Reviewing the and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders Prior to Awarding the Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, in-cluding Without Limitation, Nonconforming, Nonresponsiveunbalanced, or Conditional Bids. The Owner Also Re-serves the Right to Waive All Minor Informalities Not in-volving Price, Time, or Changes in the Work and to Award the Contract as May Be Deemed in the Best Interest of the Owner. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete All Work Within 90 Consecutive Calendar Days From the Writ-ten Notice to Proceed. Bidders Must Purchase the Bidding Documents (in Format) to Be Eligible to Submit a Bid for This Project. WORK INCLUDED A. The work of this contact includes the demolition and removal of a vacant 1 story commercial structure that sets on a slab. Removal to include the associated concrete slab, and upper footer sections to a minimum of 6" depth. The south wall of the footer is attached to a stone storm water culvert an is not to be damaged.
