Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The successful bidder for this project will provide a turnkey service including but, not limited to, taking included design documents and providing all necessary supplemental work (electrical rewiring, sheetrock repair, clean-up, etc..) to complete the removal of existing and installation of a new trash chute assembly at the 75 Lyerly Senior Apartments. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and authorized to do business in the state where the work is to be performed. Performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law. This project will have Liquidated Damages of $50 per day. Any contract issued as a result of this solicitation will have ninety (90) days, and all work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday.
