Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sherridon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction and Maintenance of a Winter Truck Road from the Vicinity of Km 37 on the Sherridon Road Junction to the Community of Pukatawagan, including 77 Km Overland and Ice plus 27 Km over Built Up Grade, for a total Construction distance of 104 km, in unorganized territory in the Province of Manitoba. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion the Work Shall Be Defined as the Completion of All Construction Activities. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than January 24, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion the Work Shall Be Defined as the Completion of All Maintenance Activities. If Maintenance is Not Started Within the Required Time, Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Each Calendar Day. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project Will Be Determined by the Winter Road Manager, Based on Seasonal Conditions.
