No definite date for the rebid.** For furnishing all labor and material for: New Animal Barn at FFA Farm Site in Boise City, OK The requirements/ specifications for the project are as follows: GROUND PREPARATION o All required ground preparation work to ensure proper grade and drainage and to provide a proper base for all concrete installation. o Material for the base grade will be supplied by the owner. ELECTRICAL
o Installation of all required electrical connections, wiring, conduit, etc. to the building breaker box from the Tri-County Electric power source.
o All ditch work required for the above electrical installation. PLUMBING
o 1-1/4 PVC water main to the building.
o Providing and installing individual shut off (1-1/4 threaded ball valve) for the new building.
o Providing and installing two frost free hydrants (3' bury) sleeved in 4" PVC with gravel.
o Incoming water line under slab up to tankless water heater in the building.
o Providing and installing inline descaler for tankless water heater. o Installing tankless water heater, provided by owner. BUILDING & CONCRETE Bid request is for a 20'x70'x12' main building with a 4" slab of 3000psi concrete with 6x6 wire mesh, spray insulated with closed cell foam at 1.5" thick, 26 g tin and trim, 4-3070 walk doors and instructions on a wash bay with walls and sloped floor. One 10' tall 12' wide commercial insulate overhead door with an ATS Liftmaster 10' chain operator door opener. Two 10'x70'x8.5' lean to additions, one per side. Walls and roof only special instructions on the openings and walkways, roof to be insulated. CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
o 20'x70'x12' building with slab as described above
o 2 - 10'x70'x8.5' Lean To as described above
o Pour 4' walkways under each lean to 70' long 4" thick
o Pour 3'x14' concrete approach in front of overhead door-4" thick
o Provide and install 10' tall 12' wide commercial insulated overhead door
o Provide and install Liftmaster ATS Light Commercial 10' chain rail operator
o Add walls and sloped floors to wash bay with water heater closet
o Provide and install 4-24" Exhaust Fans (two per lean to, shuttered)
o Provide and install 3-3070 walk in insulated doors o Provide and install spray foam insulation as described above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Items in the project can be bid on collectively or individually. All bids must appear on company letterhead. All bidders will be required to provide: 1. A bid guaranty (bid bond) for five percent of the bid price 2. A Business Relationship Affidavit (Available at District Office)
3. A Non-Collusion Bidding Certification (Available at District Office)
4. A Statement of Compliance Regarding Prohibition of Felony and Sex Offenders on School Premises (Available at District Office)
5. Proof of being fully bonded and insured A reduction of five percent (5%) to the local business cost or bid shall be applied for purposes of comparing the prices, bids, or estimates. Application of the reduction factor in the award of the contract or bid shall not actually reduce the amount ultimately paid by Boise City School District to the successful bidder and/or selected contractor. It is the supplier, consultant, or contractors responsibility to identify itself as a local business.
