New Soccer Clubhouse located at the southwest corner of the soccer field which is located at the ASU Soccer and Softball Complex. The project is a new 3,934 GSF PEMB building with masonry veneer, wrapped porches, and associated site work. The useable NSF is 2,765 NSF Occupied space with the remaining 1,169 SF consisting of walls, and porch areas. To the north of the facility is a 484 SF mechanical yard with a concrete slab and enclosed with a 6' tall masonry wall with 2 gates.
