The Harrisburg Township Park District is accepting bids for the following identified project: Bill Rice Memorial Soccer Complex - Playground Equipment & Surfacing It is the intention of the Park District to accept the bid, if any, of the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, quality, and serviceability. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Saline County. The Harrisburg Township Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, "Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development" (OSLAD) grant program. It is encouraged 1) "minority" business firms to submit bids on the approved project and 2) successful contract bidders to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. 8199-928307 **Any contractors intending to bid MUST notify Blake Emery via email bemery@harrisburgpark.net. The owner needs to keep a Bid Plan Holder List for their record keeping as part of the Grant process to receive the grant funds to pay for the project. Completion Date: March 31, 2024
