Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burns, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For the 2023 Burns Street and Pedestrian Improvement Project. The bid proposal ("Bid") shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked 2023 Burns Street and Pedestrian Improvement Project. The work includes, without limitation, milling of existing pavement, pulverization of existing pavement, excavation, HMAC paving, aggregate base, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalk, adjustment of manholes/water valves, and shoulder work. The Project will not begin until July of 2023. Work on the Project will not commence until City issues a notice to proceed to the selected contractor. Work shall be substantially completed by October 31, 2023 The project is a public works project subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
